Moi Moi in a Jar Recipe
Moi Moi is a traditional Nigerian dish, basically bean pudding. This recipe is a twist on the traditional way of making moi moi ( which is wrapped in a banana leaf). It’s a take that makes moi moi more accessible (banana leaves are not everywhere) and more visually enticing.

Cooktour is a Seattle based startup that helps you discover the best food experiences and inspires you to travel and cook more. We collaborated with them on a Nigerian cooking demo class. Participants were introduced to Nigerian cuisine and learned how to make Efo Riro, a traditional Nigerian dish.

During its launch, we reviewed the The Buttermilk Company’s initial products and partnered with them on a giveaway. The Buttermilk Company promises homemade Indian dishes in 5 minutes. most of which are vegan, gluten-free and halal.
